Every hall we rented made its money on food and the food was worse for it. No in-house menu, no food minimum, no surcharge, written down so it is harder to trade away.
Why the price is a band and not a number.
No lease is signed, and what a room costs to run depends on the building. Publishing both ends of every range instead of one number that would have to be walked back.
What we’re looking for in a space.
The requirements list carried into every viewing: room for 50 to 125 seated, somewhere a caterer can warm and plate, step-free access, daylight, and Brampton itself.
Listings don’t tell you where the caterer parks.
