Ranges you can read without asking — and the reason they’re ranges.

Every band below has two ends, and 13% HST after it — nothing else. If you’re working out what an event space rental costs in Brampton for 50 to 125 guests, this page is our whole answer.

Most 100-guest Saturday evenings here will land between $3,200 and $4,300 all in, HST included.

That is the room, the styling, the staff most people end up adding, and the tax. Your caterer bills you separately, because your caterer is yours.

We haven’t signed a lease yet.

That’s the honest reason these are ranges and not a price list. What a room costs to run depends on the building — the rent, the ceiling height, the parking, how many washrooms it already has. We’d rather show you the band we’re designing to than a number we’d have to quietly walk back.

So every package is written with both ends showing. Where your date sits inside the band comes down to the day you pick and how much of the room you want finished before you arrive.

One more thing about the numbers

These are 2027 dollars, not today’s. We priced for the year you’d actually be standing in the room, not for what a room costs to run this week.

Why we’re building it this way

Three packages, and the difference is how finished the room is when you walk in.

Each one books the room for your guest list and your own caterer. Setup, strike, cleaning and a site rep are inside every price on this page.

The Space

The room and the essentials. You bring the rest.

Mon–Thu
$1,200–$1,500
Fri–Sun
$1,600–$2,200

Low end: a Tuesday evening in February. High end: a Saturday night in June.

  • One 5.5-hour block, daytime or evening
  • Tables and chairs, set before you arrive
  • Somewhere for your caterer to warm and plate
  • Sound and a site rep for the whole block
  • Setup, strike and cleaning, inside the price

The Full Celebration

The whole day, with someone running it but you.

Mon–Thu
$3,800–$4,400
Fri–Sun
$4,500–$6,200

Low end: a Wednesday, start to finish. High end: a Saturday wedding day with the coordinator on the floor from 10.

  • Everything in The Styled Experience, plus
  • The full day rather than one block
  • A coordinator on the floor from the morning
  • Cake and gift table styled
  • A welcome sign with your names on it
  • The head table taken a step further
  • Upgraded lighting

See the five looks before you pick one

Every band above is plus 13% HST.

Four hours on a Tuesday shouldn’t cost what a Saturday night does.

Four shapes that don’t fit the three packages, priced the same way — both ends showing, HST after that.

  • The Short Block New. Monday to Thursday only, four hours. Enough for a naming ceremony, a small shower, or a meeting that ends at six. $900–$1,200
  • The Mehndi Night Friday or Saturday evening. Low seating and floor cushions, warm low light, a henna station, sound sorted. $3,000–$4,200
  • The Morning Celebration Mornings. Aqiqahs, naming ceremonies, christenings, brunch showers. $1,400–$2,000
  • The Corporate Retreat Monday to Thursday, four hours. Projector and screen, coffee, invoice-ready. $1,100–$1,500

A morning booking and an evening booking can happen on the same Saturday — a brunch shower first, a sangeet after. They’re sold separately, so you pay for the hours you asked for and not the ones in between.

Nothing here is priced by the head.

Three things move the number: the day of the week, how long you need the room, and how finished you want it when you walk in. Nothing else. No seasonal surcharge, no per-head fee, no charge for serving what you actually eat.

Every package on this page allows outside catering. Any caterer, any cuisine, no in-house menu and no food minimum. If the cooking is being done by your family, self catering is fine too — the kitchen arrangement is a requirement we’re taking into the lease, not an upsell.

Twelve add-ons and a security rate, all exact to the dollar.

The add-ons don’t depend on the room, so those prices are exact. The packages do, so those are ranges until the lease is signed.

  • Overtime $175/hr
  • Balloon garland $300–$550
  • Serving staff $40/hr each
  • Chafing dish set (4) $140
  • Photo booth $450–$650
  • Projector and screen $125
  • Premium PA and wireless mics $175
  • Floor cushions and low seating $250
  • Fresh floral upgrade from $350
  • Custom vinyl on the arch $85

If it isn’t answered there, call or text 647-286-1161.

A $250 hold, fully refundable, until there is a room to stand in.

The whole schedule, printed. Nothing here changes after you sign, and nothing here is negotiated over the phone.

Reservation fee
While the lease is unsigned, $250 holds your date and is fully refundable for any reason. It converts into the retainer only once the lease is signed and you have stood in the room.
Retainer
After that, 25% at signing. We call it a retainer rather than a deposit because it pays for taking your date off the market. Then 50% of the balance at 90 days out, and the final balance at 14 days with your final headcount.
Damage deposit
Refundable. $500 on The Space, The Styled Experience, The Morning Celebration, The Corporate Retreat and The Short Block. $750 on The Full Celebration and The Mehndi Night. Back to you by e-transfer within 7 business days.
Cancellation
Beyond 180 days, you lose the retainer and nothing more. Between 90 and 180 days, 50% of the contract. Inside 90 days, 100%.
Date transfer
One free move, if you ask more than 120 days out, to any date within 12 months, subject to availability.
Tax
13% HST on everything above, and nothing after it. No service charge, no gratuity added at the end, no fee for the caterer you chose.

Founding families lock the top of their band.

Thirty dates, no more. A founding family’s price is locked at the top of the published band for their day — so if costs rise between now and 2027, the number doesn’t. You also get first pick of the calendar, Saturdays included, and an invitation to see the space before anyone is allowed to call it finished.

If you joined the list when we were advertising 10% off, that still stands — we’re not moving the goalposts on anyone who signed up early.

We reply within one business day.

Or just ask

Khushbu answers her own phone. If you’re working out whether 2027 is realistic for your date, or where inside a band your Saturday would land, that’s a two-minute conversation.
