These are the palettes we’re committing to now, in the colours we’ll be buying. Our room opens in 2027, so there is nothing to photograph yet — and we’d rather show you real colour than a render of a room we made up.

Laurel

sage, cream, and something green on every table

Pick Laurel and the lighting we bring comes in soft green. Tables go under sage linen with cream runners, eucalyptus laid down the middle and pillar candles burning between the place settings. The backdrop arch is dressed in the same greenery, so the head table and the arch behind it read as one piece. It’s the quietest of the five — the one to choose when you want the food and the people to be the loudest thing there.

Golden Hour

amber light, brass, and candles worth the wax

Golden Hour keeps a seven o’clock evening going all night. The lighting arrives amber and stays low, which leaves antique brass candlesticks and tapers to do most of the work down the tables. Linens sit in the warm range underneath them, and the backdrop is dressed to catch the light rather than compete with it. Book it against an evening block, when there’s real dark to push back on.

Blush

dusty pink on cream, rose gold at every seat

Blush runs dusty pink over cream and lands softer than the swatch suggests. Tables get pink linen with cream napkins and a rose-gold setting at every place; the lighting we bring is warm pink, kept low enough that skin tones stay honest in your photographs. Centrepieces and the flowers on the arch hold to the same narrow range, with no second colour anywhere. It’s the direction we’d point you at for a shower or an engagement.

Monochrome

black, white, and nothing apologising for it

Monochrome takes the colour out on purpose. Black and white linen, silver at each setting, clear acrylic in the centrepieces, and no colour wash in the lighting at all — clean white light and hard edges instead. The backdrop gets stripped back to its structure. Bring a red lehenga or a bright cake into this one and it will be the only colour in the frame, which is the entire idea.

Regal

jewel tones, gold, and the full production

Regal is the heaviest of the five, and it is meant to be. Jewel-tone linen — plum, deep magenta, whichever end of the range you want — with gold chargers and crystal in the centrepieces. The lighting deepens toward the linen colour, and the backdrop is dressed fullest here: flowers top to bottom, drapery behind. Built for a sangeet or a reception, and the direction that most rewards a full-day booking.

One of these five comes with The Styled Experience.

A styled Friday, Saturday or Sunday runs $2,800 to $3,800 plus HST, with one of these five done in full inside that number.

Setup, strike, cleaning and a site rep sit inside it too. Your caterer bills you separately, because your caterer is yours.

The Styled Experience buys a look done properly: linens and place settings, centrepieces, the backdrop arch dressed to match, and lighting in the colour you picked. You walk in and the room is already finished.

Low end: a weekday morning shower, one look, 60 guests. High end: a Saturday sangeet, full room, 125.

The Full Celebration keeps the look and adds the whole day with a coordinator on the floor — $3,800–$4,400 Monday to Thursday, $4,500–$6,200 Friday to Sunday. The Space is the plain version, the room and the essentials at $1,200–$1,500 on a weekday and $1,600–$2,200 on a weekend, and you’re welcome to bring your own decorator into it instead.

Both ends of every band are published because we haven’t signed a lease yet. Where you land inside one comes down to the day of the week and how finished you want the room when you walk in. Tell us which look you’re drawn to when you send an enquiry and we’ll price the day around it.

Every band, package, and add-on

Decor add-ons stay exact: balloon garland $300–$550 · custom vinyl on the arch $85 · floor cushions and low seating $250.

Founding families lock the top of their band.

A short list, free to join, capped at thirty dates. A founding family’s price is locked at the top of the published band for their day, so if costs rise between now and 2027, the number doesn’t. First pick of the calendar comes with it, Saturdays included, and an invitation to see the space before anyone is allowed to call it finished.
